Since the label is laminated, you’ll need to attach it with your preferred method.

Each label comes with two double-sided tape dots included for free, so you can easily attach it right out of the package. These provide a clean, secure hold for most enclosures.

The tape dots will arrive in the package (not pre-applied), so you can place them exactly where you’d like on the back of your label.

If you prefer a different method, you can also attach your label with Velcro, magnets, or adhesive putty, depending on your setup.

• Exact Personalization – Your pet’s name will be printed exactly as entered. Please double-check spelling and capitalization.

• Photo Quality Disclaimer – The quality of your printed label depends on the clarity and resolution of the image provided. While we’ll do our best to enhance and edit your photo, results may vary based on the original image quality. We can’t be responsible for low-quality submissions but will always make every effort to achieve the best outcome.

• Custom Product – No Returns – Due to the personalized nature of this item, all sales are final. If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us.

• Research & Accuracy – We’ve put extensive effort into researching each species for accuracy. If you notice an error, please let us know — we appreciate your feedback!

All orders are made to order and typically take 5–7 business days to process before shipping (excluding weekends and holidays).
You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

1. Prepare Your Photos

• Use high-quality, well-lit images (no blurry or pixelated photos).
• Preferably use a solid, non-distracting background.
• Your pet should be in full view — ideally showing at least 1/3 to 1/2 of the body, with minimal shadows.
• Send 2–3 photos (or more) if possible so we can select the best one for your label.

2. Place Your Order

• Fill out the personalization box with your pet’s name and details, then complete your purchase.
• Send your photos to contact@shadowlandserpentry.com and include your order number in the subject line.
• If ordering multiple labels, please ensure each photo file name matches your pet’s name. You may send one email per pet if easier.

3. Design Review
Before printing, we’ll send you a mockup preview of your label for approval. Once confirmed, we’ll finalize and ship it!
